Lunch Entrees

 

$10.50 per person to include:  Garden salad – starch – vegetable – roll and butter – dessert and ice tea.  Coffee can be added for any additional $1.00 per person. 

  • Fried Chicken – 2 pieces crispy oven fried chicken.
  • Oven Roasted Chicken – Boneless chicken breast with a rotisserie seasoning.
  • Smothered Chicken Breast - topped with onions - red and green pepper and a slice of provolone cheese
  • Lemon Herb Chicken – Boneless chicken breast with lemon herb seasoning.
  • Crispy Honey Mustard Chicken – Boneless chicken breast with honey mustard dressing topped with crushed corn flakes and baked.
  • Southwestern Chicken Breast with your choice of cheese sauce or fresh salsa.
  • Honey Glazed Ham
  • Chopped Steak - ½ lb. Ground round with your choice of a mushroom sauce or sautéed onions.
  • Old Fashion Meat Loaf – with your choice of a tomato or brown sauce Honey
  • Stuffed Shells with your choice of Meat or Marinara Sauce **
  • Baked Meat Lasagna or Vegetable Lasagna **
  • Blackened Chicken with Linguine and Alfredo Sauce **

  • Salmon with White Wine Sauce and Fettuccini – Salmon is baked and served over pasta with a cream sauce flavored with butter wine sauce & basil.  **
  • Baked Salmon with a Pineapple Tomato Salsa - A very colorful, refreshing dish that is full of flavor and very healthy.
  • Cod au Gratin – Flaked cod is layered with white sauce, and sprinkled with cheddar cheese and baked.
  • Cod with Italian Crumb Topping – Baked cod with a Parmesan cheese, cornmeal, and Italian seasoned crumb topping.
  • Jambalaya with Sausage – Chicken and Shrimp served over rice.
  • Southern Pot Roast and Vegetables – Top Round baked in brown sauce with chunks of carrots – potatoes – onions and celery.
  • Cranberry Apple Stuffed Pork Loin Recipe – Pork loin cornbread stuffing with apples, walnuts, cranberries.
  • Turkey Breast and Cornbread Stuffing – Oven roasted turkey breast served with cornbread stuffing and gravy.  **
  • Roasted Turkey Pot Roast and Vegetables – Turkey breast baked with chunks of carrots – potatoes – onions and celery.
  • Braised Pork Loin with Orange-Mustard Sauce – Pork loin baked with homemade orange mustard sauce.
  • Rosemary Peppercorn Roast Beef and bordelaise sauce – slow roasted roast beef seasoned with rosemary and peppercorns served with a bordelaise sauce.
  • Beef Stroganoff  - Top round baked in brown sauce served with your choice of rice or noodles  **

 

Casseroles: $10.50 per person to include:

  • Herbed Chicken Casserole – Boneless chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, mushrooms, and herbs baked to a golden brown.
  • Ground Beef Stroganoff with Noodles – Ground beef and egg noodles baked in brown sauce.
  • Chicken & Dumplings - Chicken and veggies are simmered in broth topped with dumplings.
  • Enchilada Casserole –– Corn tortillas dipped in red enchilada sauce layered with your choice of diced chicken breast or ground beef covered with cheesed and baked.
  • Turkey Stuffing Divan – Cooked Turkey Breast layered with broccoli – cream of mushroom soup topped with cheese and stuffing baked to a golden brown.
  • Macaroni and Beef Casserole - earthy casserole of ground beef sautéed with onions and celery with pasta and baked with a topping of grated Cheddar cheese
  • Tuna Noodle Casserole – Pasta combined with tuna, mushroom and celery soup; layered with American cheese, topped with crushed potato chips and baked until bubbly and slightly browned.
  • Chicken Tetrazzini - Boneless chicken breast and spaghetti, mushrooms, a homemade sauce.
