2 – Servers for   0 – 25 guests - $250.00 – flat fee
4 – Servers for 25 – 50 guests - $350.00 – flat fee
5 – Servers for 50 – 75 guests - $450.00 – flat fee
Additional $5.00 per person after 100 guests

 

Servers available for Pre-specified amount of time.
Extra is charged at $25.00 per hour per server.
Staffing fees for formal service during lunch are for a block time of 4 hours.
